Amanda Hess recently had an article published in the NYT, that I found interesting: “How A.I. is Remodeling the Fantasy Home”. Her take is a little dystopian, but it evoked something I’m really passionate about — the use of GenAI to understand what you like or don’t.
I love this quote in the article from Norway-based designer Ben Myhre: “I like to use it to unlock dreams,” he said of artificial intelligence, which he sees as a form of “collective imagination that anyone can access.”

This rings true. So much of my work with clients is about the learning process: What you think you want vs. what you actually want.
